Our Trainers

Adam Wang

Adam has 20 years of real estate experience, specializing in sales and leasing of HDB and private residential properties. He is ACLP certified and also KEO of his own real estate agency. He is experienced in mentoring new RES and conducts in-house training sessions to experienced KEO and RES. Adam also serves as an Exco member in Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) that has over 5,000 members.

ALFRED CHIA

Alfred is the CEO of SingCapital which is a Financial Advisory firm licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). He has more than 22 years of experience in the financial advisory field serving both Individuals and Corporations. He also serves as a non-executive director for Real Estate Funds. Graduating from the National University of Singapore, Alfred also holds professional qualifications – Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Fellow Chartered Financial Planner (FChFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Singapore Accredited Mortgage Planner (SAMP). As an ardent believer in the power of education, Alfred strives to share his knowledge through as many conduits as possible. He is the Creator and Chief Trainer for the popular program, 'Singapore Accredited Mortgage Planner', for real estate and financial professionals. Alfred is also a lecturer for Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), a professional course for the financial practitioners industry. This passion to share has also prompted Alfred to author 2 books, ‘Mortgage and Grow Rich’ and ‘Grow Rich Singapore Style’. The books are dedicated to holistic financial planning towards financial well beings.

Benjamin Tan

Benjamin Tan is a full-time real estate practitioner dealing with residential properties, both Private (PTE) and Public (HDB) segments, and has been in the real estate industry for more than a decade. He has developed several continuing professional development (CPD) courses and is an approved trainer recognized by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) since 2011. Benjamin has graduated with a Bachelor of Property Economics and is a certified Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) Trainer. With his passion for training, during the lesson, he is generous to share his wealth of experience and knowledge acquired over the years.

Celeste Ng

Mdm Celeste Ng holds the B.Sc (Estate Management) NUS, Certificate in Law of Conveyancing and Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment, is a renowned real estate trainer with more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Her portfolio includes sale and lease of industrial, retail, office & residential properties. She has been teaching real estate courses such as CEHA, CES, REA, and RES since 2004 and has trained more than 5,000 real estate salespersons. She is able to translate a difficult topic in a very simple way with real-life illustrations for easy understanding. Students find her lessons enlightening and entertaining.

Cheryl Sum

Cheryl Sum has more than 8 years experience in the real estate industry (Malaysia-based and Thailand-based real estate developer). She is currently a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, under the Council of Estate Agencies (CEA). Cheryl is also an experienced trainer, associate lecturer as well as a courseware developer. Her training and teaching experience include conducting ‘Post Development’ training under the Continuing Professional Development Programme as well as ‘Fundamentals of Facility Management’ training under SkillsFuture. Thus far she has trained more than 1,600 participants.

Chris Koh

Mr. Chris Koh was a regular in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). In early 1993, Mr Koh left the SAF to embark on a sales career in the real estate industry. Today, Mr. Koh is the Director and Key Executive Officer of Chris International. As a veteran in the real estate industry with 24 years of experience, Mr. Koh’s views and comments are regularly quoted in the media. Mr. Koh holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment. With his experience in training plus a burning passion for learning and teaching, Mr. Koh has conducted many real estate related courses, sales training programs, and corporate boot camps. He is also a certified profiling-trainer, fully-equipped with the knowledge to help participants understand people around them better. Proficient in addressing both large assemblies and small groups, Mr. Koh has conducted talks for organizations such as the Republic of Singapore Air Force, AXA Life Insurance Singapore Pte Ltd, Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited, Standard Chartered Bank and many more.

John Yong

John has been conducting Real Estate related trainings since 2003. He is also a full time Real Estate practitioner leading a team of salespersons in one of the largest real estate agency in Singapore. His areas of specialization includes Primary Market Project Sale, Sale and Lease of Residential Property (both HDB and Private) and Commercial and Industrial Properties in Secondary Market

Kelvin Koh

Kelvin Koh brings with him close to 10 years of digital marketing experience. He worked as a senior digital strategist for a top SEO agency in Singapore, and is also a very experienced internet marketer and search specialist. Since then Kelvin has been providing over 6 years of search consultancy services to MNCs and SMEs. Some of his most notable SEO work includes Huawei, Fuji Xerox, Singapore International Foundation, Raffles Design Institute. Kelvin went on to attain his Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) with WDA. He is also a certified PA trainer.

Patrick Ong

Patrick Ong is a certified Real Estate Trainer and active licensed practitioner with over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. He holds the Diploma in Legal Executive Studies and Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA). With his extensive experience, he has performed the roles of Courseware Developer and Facilitator applied Blended Learning, Interactive Learning, and Online Learning. As a passionate trainer after accumulating a wealth of knowledge, he is passionately imparting his skills and knowledge to many learners and active RES today. Patrick has delivered over 1000 hours of training programs and courses to more than 5000 Adult Learners in real estate and interpersonal skills. Being an Adult Educator who strongly believes in the power of education, he has continuously improved as a lifelong learner too.

Patrick Tan

Patrick is a Legal Advisor at Singapore Estate Agents Association and is an approved CPD Trainer by CEA. With 15 years of real estate conveyancing experience, he has represented salespersons in various disciplinary proceedings before the Disciplinary Tribunal and represented a large estate agent in Singapore in an industry disciplinary proceedings concerning an en bloc sale of a residential project. He has also assisted in various international and local clients, including estate agents, real estate salespersons, and retail investors on cross-border real estate investment platforms, structures, risks, and potential legal pitfalls.

Primus Yuen

Primus has over 27 years of real estate experience and it is of little wonder that he has have worn many hats from listing and selling properties as a salesperson, but none have been more satisfying than being able to train and mentor other salespersons who are also eager to learn about his recipe for success. Over the years, he has gained tremendous exposure and experiences in the various segments of the industry: Residential (HDB & PTE), Commercial and Training and Recruitment. He has also shown strong leadership and people skills which were evident through his key appointment holder as a (NS) Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM) in the army. As an advocator of lifelong learning, Primus’ goal as a real estate instructor and trainer is to push the boundaries of salespersons’ strengths and lessen their weaknesses so that they can realize their true potential in the real estate industry.

Ray Teo

Ray has over 10 years of training experience in the Real Estate industry, having trained thousands of agents during his training career. He is, without doubt, a master trainer who is recognized by the numerous top producers that he coached. Being one of the leading project leaders in the industry, his wealth of knowledge on organizing a successful launch of condominium projects is frequently tapped by developers such as Keppel Land, Far East Organisation, Kingsford, and other major developers. Ray is also instrumental in the coaching and training of a highly specialized field of the real estate segment - Landed properties. He had created several CPD training modules including Landed CPD and Landed Mastery. With so many trainees attended these courses is proof that his expertise is highly sought after. Ray's passion for training over the years is motivated by the desire to make the real estate industry profession a top career choice for people.

Richard Ng

Richard Ng is the founder of Gold Knight International Pte Ltd, a digital marketing agency. He holds an Upper Honours Bachelor in Marketing from the University of Bradford, WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment and WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education. He has facilitated digital marketing courses with 8 Approved Training Organisations and developed more than 16 WSQ digital marketing courses. Richard is an Approved Shopify Partner, an SEO practitioner, and a certified Google professional with accreditation in the Google Analytics Individual Qualification. He is certified in ICDL Digital Marketing and is an accredited tester with ICDL Asia. Richard speaks at SkillsFuture Advice series with Community Development Councils. He has facilitated digital marketing courses with 8 Approved Training Organisations and developed more than 16 WSQ digital marketing courses as a domain matter expert. Richard is a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practitioner and a certified Google professional with accreditation in the Google Analytics Individual Qualification. He is also certified in ICDL Digital Marketing and is an accredited tester with ICDL Asia. He has personally trained thousands of adult learners from different walks of life, including students, civil servants, PMETs, and retirees.

Richard Sim

Richard has been in the real estate industry for more than a decade and his time spent in the industry has given him extensive experiences of public and private properties. He was given opportunities as a core team in-charge of new launches, project in-charge on overseas investments in Malaysia, and has been appointed as trainer multiple times. Richard has also been featured in the media, including an article in Berita Harian. As someone with a strong foundation in training and equipping, Richard also spends his time recruiting and training strong and ethical salespersons. Whether they need help in overcoming the learning curve, or simply need a friendly pat on the back, Richard tailors his approach to his salespersons the same way he tailors to his clients. Having built up a strong team of salespersons as well, Richard believes in straight forward and honest explanations. He personally does not think that hiding, misleading, or giving false information is correct and beneficial to anyone. This is why he believes that conducting himself with integrity is important in ensuring that “We come out together as Winners”. Sam Gian

MA in International Relations (University of Nottingham, UK) BA (National University of Singapore), Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) certified trainer. Industry-related qualification: CEHA Mr. Sam Gian has more than 10 years of training experience in the real estate sector. His training experience extends to course content development as well as on-site training and lectures in collaboration with various real estate organizations, such as CEHA, CES, CEA & REA. Besides, lecturing on real estate subjects, the trainer has also authored numerous books in the same field.
