  • Testimonials

“I attended the RES course in Oct 2016 intake and I am delighted that I passed both papers in my very first attempt in Feb 2017.

I was recommended to LMA by my agent as I was planning to make a career switch to Real Estate. I must say it was probably the best decision I ever made as my experience with LMA has been positive right from the start.

The administrative support from course registration and throughout the duration of course has been excellent as everything has been very efficiently managed. The course notes provided were very comprehensive and well-structured which provide the students with all the critical information needed for the exams.

Most importantly LMA has 2 excellent trainers in Sam Gian and John Yong. As both of them have deep knowledge of the real estate industry and years of training experience, they are able explain and relate them with real live cases which help in our understanding of the topic. What really impressed me most was the level of dedication and commitment from the trainers throughout the whole course and especially during the final stages of preparing before the exam. The revision classes, mock exams and student Q&A support via Facebook group was extremely helpful in preparing us for the exam.

I would like to say a big “Thank You” to both Sam and John for their encouragement and support throughout the course.”
